Smart4wrd was invited by MIDA to showcase
Smart Manufacturing Solutions as well as giving opportunities to Malaysian
manufacturers to seek clarification on their Industry4wrd Smart Manufacturing
Journey at Smart Nation 2022.
Smart Nation, a three-day expo with the theme
“Accelerating Digital Transformation” was held at the Malaysia International
Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) from 27-29 September 2022. The event will
highlight 10 key zones including smart energy, smart communications, smart
manufacturing and IR4.0, smart government, smart energy, smart mobility, smart
security, smart building, smart healthcare, and smart education.
Selangor Human Resource Development Centre,
Smart-B Solutions, FSBM MES Elite, Monitor ERP and BIZSPHERE were among the Smart4wrd Industry 4.0 Drivers
participated in the showcase. Visitors in the Smart Nation 2022 had the
opportunity to experience the showcase and demonstration of AI, Business
Intelligence, ERP, MES, Machine Visioning, Skills & Talent Development in
Industry 4.0.
High number of manufacturers especially SMEs
came to seek clarification on the programmes under Industry4wrd including
Readiness Assessment, Rise4wrd and Intervention Fund. The showcase and support
at the MIDA booth offers one stop consultation from programmes, people,
process, technology to funding.
Invest Negeri Sembilan, SAMENTA, MITI were
among the key institutions briefed by Smart4wrd and held meetings to explore
collaboration to drive the adoption of Industry 4.0 in their manufacturing
facilities.
